- מָגוֹב m. (גָּבַב) rake, an agricultural implement with many teeth, forming a sort of sieve to separate the grain from the chaff. Kel. XIII, 7; Tbul Yom IV, 6; (Ar. s. v.: a sort of glove, oth. expl.: reading מַגֵּיב, fr. נָגַב, an implement for drying the grain by winnowing).
